Let’s Get Acquainted
Hi there. Chido Mpofu here! If you are new to the Fit with Chido Family, WELCOME. In this community, we go beyond physical fitness and strive for mental and emotional fitness. A bit about me: I have always been interested in understanding the meaning of a healthy life and how to integrate mind, body, and soul to achieve this and to incorporate this in every aspect of your life, from career to interpersonal relationships. From personal experience, I have learned and created self-regulation methods that foster the self-mastery required to overcome trials and trauma. My motto is peace and safety, and a good way to prioritize is to know yourself and understand the patterns in you that cause you to make decisions that affect your peace and safety.
Fun Facts
Some fun facts about me are: I wrote my first published book when I was 12. In my pursuit of knowledge, I read 60 books in 2021. My interests are swimming, ice skating, martial arts, working out, reading, and deep meaningful conversations.
